My Story

When I first did mountain hiking, uneven rocky surfaces and downhill on gravel scared me and was a torturous affair although the views were always rewarding and worth the effort.

My most recent climb in Yosemite made me realized how much Movement Singapore classes had done for me in terms of confidence and stability.

I was confident on my footing on uneven ground, a lot less fearful, greater thigh strength going up on big inclines and because I am stronger and have more stamina, was able to enjoy the journey itself and not just the end point.
