My Story

In the 1990s, I caught a movie about Parkour practitioners. It took my breath away. Decades passed before my chance came to try it. At my first class, I met others who also wanted to age actively. Rain or shine, we sweated it out, waking the next day with aching muscles.

Today, I am stronger, more agile, doing push-ups, squats, and vaults. Older but stronger? Yes, with help from my coach Shie Boon. He's a professional. Knows his stuff, encourages but lets me decide when is enough. In all, safety comes first - If I can't do the roll or the jump, I will the next time.
