My Story
Through my overseas trekking trips, I realized the vast improvement in my physical fitness (stamina, strength, mobility, agility) about a year after picking up classes with Movement Singapore.
Under the gentle, caring and passionate coaching by Shie Boon, I grew to enjoy & love this amazing creative sport!

As a bonus, I have also found myself an extended family, as the sporting camaraderie among students is amazingly strong here!
